Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it to a local Hardware storefront.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
